MY ROLE

As a Senior Product Designer at Papel, I focus on crafting intuitive and efficient user experiences for both consumers and merchants. My key contributions include:

– Designing and optimizing user flows for new features across the consumer wallet and merchant ecosystem, including POS systems, payment methods, and campaign management tools.
– Updating existing flows to align with evolving legal requirements and provider updates.
– Identifying and resolving design inconsistencies to maintain a cohesive interface.
– Detecting and addressing usability issues to enhance the overall user experience.
